01Three layers, one quote asset
CARDS is the quote asset. Every token on this site is priced in it and paired with it. $POKEDEX is the platform token, paired with CARDS. Under it sit the 151 slot tokens, one for each Pokémon of the original Pokédex, all created from the same launch wallet on StonkFun in Standard mode.
Because one wallet creates every slot token, StonkFun pays that wallet a creator fee on every trade of every slot. That single stream of CARDS is the only money the system ever handles.
Real graded-card RWA token listed on StonkFun. Rewards are paid in it.
Bought back every epoch. Gates card draws and weights wishes.
One Pokémon, one token, one creator wallet, one set of rules.
02Where the money comes from
Each trade on a slot token pays 1.25% in fees on StonkFun Standard mode. 0.5% of the trade goes to the token's creator, which is the launch wallet. The remaining 0.75% belongs to StonkFun and the liquidity pool and never touches this system.
Creator fees accumulate in the launch wallet as CARDS. Once an hour the worker sweeps everything above a small gas reserve to the treasury wallet, so the hot launch wallet stays lean. At epoch close both balances are counted together as the epoch's income.
Catch fees are a different thing. The SOL a Trainer pays to catch a wild slot is project income, not trading income. It is shown in its own column on the ledger and never enters the holder pool.
03How each epoch's income is split
The split is a setting, and it is frozen on each epoch when the epoch is created. Changing it in the admin panel only affects epochs that have not started. The values used are stored on the epoch row forever and shown on the ledger.
The holder part is not paid from one big pot. It is paid per Pokémon: each slot's holders share the fees that slot generated, and nothing else. A quiet Pokémon pays its holders nothing that epoch, however loud the others were.
04Which Pokémon earned what
All creator fees land in one wallet, so the system has to work out how much each slot contributed. Version 1 does it by volume share: a slot's share of the epoch's income equals its share of the total slot trading volume in that window.
Volume comes from the market snapshots the worker writes every five minutes. For each slot, the last 24-hour volume reading of each UTC day is summed across the epoch. If a slot has no snapshot in the window at all, one live reading is taken instead.
The arithmetic is integer math on raw token units, never floating point. The rounding remainder goes to the highest-volume slot, so the pools always add up to exactly the income. Zero total volume means nothing is attributed and the income waits for the next epoch.
A version 2 that reads each inflow to the launch wallet and maps it to its pool on-chain is on the roadmap. Until then, volume share is the rule, and it is reproducible from public market data.
05The life of an epoch
- 1Open
Trades happen. Market snapshots are written every 5 minutes. The estimated pool on each slot page is a live projection from these numbers.
- 2Snapshot
Close & Snapshot: income is counted, attribution computed, and the holder list of every live slot is pulled from Helius. Exclusions are applied, carryover is added, the minimum payout is enforced. Payout rows are written as pending or carried.
- 3Preview
The admin sees every wallet and amount, the gas estimate and exactly how much CARDS the payout wallet needs. Nothing has moved yet.
- 4Execute
One SPL transfer per payout. The signature is stored before confirmation, so a crash can never pay the same row twice. Three attempts, then the row is marked failed and can be retried. Afterwards the buyback runs on Jupiter.
- 5Done
Every transaction is on the ledger, in My rewards for each wallet, and in the CSV export.
The worker can run the whole chain by itself when an epoch ends (auto-execute), or wait for the admin to press each button. Either way the sequence and the checks are the same code.
06Who gets paid, and how much
Holder rewards for a slot are split by share of eligible supply at the snapshot. Eligible means every wallet holding the token, minus the bonding curve or liquidity pool, lockers, the system wallets, and any address on the published exclusion list.
Amounts below the minimum payout ($0.10) are not sent. They are carried to your next payout and added on top, and carryover is honoured even if you sold in between.
There is no staking, no registering and no claim button. Exchange wallets are not in the snapshot, so keep the tokens in a wallet you control.
Worked example with today's split
- An epoch brings in 1,000 CARDS. Charizard did 40% of all slot volume, so Charizard's pool is 400 CARDS.
- Of those 400: 50% = 200 CARDS go to Charizard's Trainers, 30% = 120 CARDS buy $POKEDEX, 20% = 80 CARDS go to the vault.
- You hold 2% of Charizard's eligible supply, so you receive 4 CARDS, sent to your wallet with the transaction link published on the ledger and in My rewards.
07Catching a wild slot
- 1WildWild
Nobody has caught it. Wishes are open.
- 2HatchingHatching
Fee paid, slot locked, worker launching.
- 3LiveLive
Token trading, dev-buy tokens delivered.
Refunded from the treasury, slot back to wild.
Any wild slot can be caught by anyone. You pay a catch fee in SOL to the treasury; the launch wallet then creates the token on StonkFun in Standard mode, paired with CARDS, and makes a dev buy on your behalf. Every token that dev buy receives is sent to your wallet.
Your wallet signs a plain SOL transfer with a memo. The site checks it without broadcasting, locks the slot with a single conditional update, and only then sends it to the chain. If two Trainers race for the same slot, the second one sees "just caught" and pays nothing.
The worker launches serially, one claim at a time. It builds the Raydium LaunchLab transaction itself with the dev buy in the same transaction, simulates it, and refuses to sign if the launch wallet would spend more than twice the dev buy. That cap is in code, not in a setting.
Two retries, then the claim is marked failed and the treasury refunds the full catch fee, capped at the configured fee. The slot goes back to wild. Every payment, launch, delivery and refund signature is linked on the slot page.
Only tokens launched through this flow, or explicitly imported by an admin, are listed. The site never discovers tokens by name. Always compare the contract address on the slot page with what you are buying.
08Card draws
The vault share buys real graded Pokémon cards as Collector Crypt NFTs. Each card is moved to the prize vault wallet and registered on the site with its NFT address and, optionally, the Pokémon it belongs to.
A targeted draw is held among the holders of that Pokémon's token only, each wallet weighted by its balance. A universal draw includes every slot-token holder, weighted by the USD value of their holdings at the last snapshot. Pools, lockers and system wallets never hold a ticket.
Randomness is a Solana blockhash. At draw time the worker takes the latest finalized blockhash, hashes it with the draw ID, and turns the result into a ticket number. The blockhash, the seed and the complete participant snapshot are published, so anyone can re-run the draw and confirm the winner.
The NFT moves from the prize vault to the winner automatically and the signature is published. Redeeming the physical card follows Collector Crypt's own process.
That Pokémon's holders only. Odds = your share of its eligible supply.
Every slot holder. Odds = USD value of your team.
No $POKEDEX gate is active: every eligible holder is in the draw.
09What $POKEDEX is for
$POKEDEX is the platform token, paired with CARDS. It has three mechanical roles and nothing else. Holding it is never required to earn slot rewards.
- 01Buyback30% of every epoch's income buys $POKEDEX at market on Jupiter. Bought tokens are kept in the buyback vault. Every purchase is listed with its transaction.
- 02Card draw gateThe team can require a minimum balance to enter card draws. Current gate: off.
- 03Wish weightA wish on a wild slot is weighted by your $POKEDEX balance. With none, your wish still counts with weight 1.
10Slot states
Every one of the 151 entries is always in exactly one of these states. The badge on the card tells you what you can do.
- Wild
- Wild: No token yet. You can catch it or wish for it.
- Hatching
- Hatching: A Trainer paid the catch fee; the worker is launching. Nobody else can catch it now.
- Live
- Live: Token trading on StonkFun. Buy it, hold it, get paid from its fees.
- Hatch failed
- Hatch failed: The launch failed. The fee is being refunded and the slot returns to wild.
- Retired
- Retired: Taken off the board by the team. History stays visible; nothing new is distributed.
11What you are trusting
- There is no custom smart contract. Launching, trading and fee collection are StonkFun and Raydium. This site indexes data, computes the splits, sends the transfers and publishes every signature.
- Private keys exist only in the worker's environment on a separate server. The website never holds a key, and the admin panel signs in with a wallet signature, never a password.
- Outbound transfers have hard caps in code, payouts are idempotent by row, and every action lands on the ledger with its transaction. You are still trusting the team to run the software honestly and to keep the keys safe. Read the fees and risks section of the Trainer guide before you buy anything.
